Review: It's Skin Secret Body Solution Whitening Essence

I already told you all that i am on midterm exam, right? Well, i got really lazy to study since tomorrow's exam are Bahasa Indonesia and Physics. My Bahasa Indonesia teacher make his own exam question, but the thing is, one question = one page. Imagine, every exam he had to make 50 questions (all multiple choice) or 40 multiple choice and 5 essays. I got really sleepy just reading one question. -_-

My brain right now just shuts down and turned on right away when i was thinking of making another review. Weird.. xD

Contains 75ml of product. At first, i thought it's exactly like Scion Whitening Roll-on because they both have the same amount of product and had the same purposes which is for whitening. But when you open the cap, it actually had a sponge attached to it. And inside this product is water-like, which doesn't last long because every time you use this, a small amount of special liquid inside will gone.

This is what the back of the product looks like. As you can see, you can use this whitening essence on your knees, elbows, under arm, etc. I use only on my knees and elbows because the skin around that area is rough and really dark. >_> I want to at least soften that area and brighten it even just a bit. Some of my friends ask me why is my elbows and knees are so dark. I hate hearing that, i really do. >_>

Sponge attached to it. Making it easier to use the product. But be careful if you try too hard the sponge might fall off.

Packaging
Not cute at all. Too plain. Only pink color and some writing. Boring. >_>
But i do like the shape of the bottle. It's so sexy like a body of a super model. (/* *)/
And the shape of the bottle give you a nice grip.

Price
I bought mine from one of my trusted online shop for IDR 105000 with pre-order 14-16 days.
Be patient okay. :)

Likes
The shape gives you a nice grip
Easy to apply

Dislike
Doesn't last long
Doesn't worth the price
Packaging too boring
Sponge might fall off if not careful

Overall: 1.5/5
I bought mine a month ago, i think. And been using it every day before going to school and bed. Results? My skin around elbow and knee area isn't as rough as before, it makes my skin soft and brighten it at the same time.

Will I Repurchase?
Maybe not. Maybe i'll try another whitening essence. If any off you guys know a really good one and really worth the price, do tell. xD

Gah, why do i love blogging at midnight.

Good night wonderful beings. <3

Review: Etude House I Need You, Lemon! Mask Sheet

Finally, a review! >.<

Sorry to kept all of you waiting. This time I'm going to review one of Etude House mask sheet, it's called I Need You, Lemon! Mask Sheet. Pretty cute name, huh? I got this at Etude House Kota Kasablanka for IDR 28.000. You can get a much more cheaper price at online shops, but i hate waiting. And i've been dying to try this one.

23 ml (0.77 fl. oz.)

Description
Essence mask contains lemon extract that brighten and clarify skin tone. Tension fit design for improved facial adhesion and comfort.

Ingredients
Water, Glycerin, Citrus Medica Limonum (Lemon) Fruit Extract, Butylene Glycol, Cyclopentasiloxane, Citrus Paradisi (Grapefruit) Fruit Extract, Alcohol, Cyclohexasiloxane, Polysorbate 20, Phenoxyethanol, Dimethiconol, Acrylates/C10-30 Alkyl Acrylate Crosspolymer, Triethanolamne, Disodium Edta, Fragrance, Squalane, Vitis Vinifera (Grape) Fruit Extract, Citrus Auratium Dulcis (Orange) Fruit Extract, Pyrus Males (Apple) Fruit Extract, Citrus Aurantifolia (Lime) Fruit Extract.

Directions
Apply mask sheet to cleansed face and leave on for 20-30 minutes. Remove mask and massage remaining solution into skin with hands. Recommended interval for mask application is every 2-3 days for maximum effeciancy.
Hold and apply sheet according to diagram. Pull tabs outwards against facial surface to incite tension fit.

I did exactly as it said. I leave mine for 30 minutes while watching Fox Crime. And it's a little bit itchy around my forehead and cheek, but don't worry it's nothing serious really. Once you remove your mask sheet, the itchiness will disappear. The holes and the mask fit perfectly on my head, but not on my chin because my face is oval. The mask also doesn't have a very strong citrus smell, which i think is good. ^^

Likes
Cheap (IDR 28000 at every Etude House branches)
Doesn't have a very strong smell
Holes fit perfectly

Dislikes
A little bit itchy once applied on face
Mask doesn't fit around chin area

Overall: 3.5/5
I picked this one because the function itself is for brightening. A few days after use this, i realized my face was a bit brighter than usual especially on my forehead. I recommend this mask sheet if you want to brighten your face. Ignore the itchiness. XD

Will I Repurchase?
Of course! XD

What are you waiting for? Go get yours at every Etude House branches or online store's (try google them) for a cheaper price. :)

Xoxo.

Review List

I'll make this one real quick since it's midnight here.

Still no review for now. Actually i already had one review and it's Etude House Bubble Hair Color #1 Deep Black. Why deep black? Because my school had rules and one of them doesn't allow students or teachers to dye their hair. My hair is a bit reddish 'cause after i shower i blow dry and straighten my hair.. I know it's bad. >.< so when i went to Etude House (Mall Taman Anggrek lt. 2) at 3PM. I already planned to buy Bubble Hair Color #1 BUT i was having a dilemma again! Why? Because at that time all SEVEN colors are in stock! And i was having the dilemma between #1 Deep Black or #7 Mocha Pink after Petit Poppy's review on #7 which is a great color! But.. i still picked #1 and decided to try #7 Mocha Pink right after i graduate from High School.

Results? I have no regrets picking #1 Deep Black! I dye my hair on sunday night at 10 PM and when school starts on Monday, i've got a lot of compliments about my hair! Like "Wow!" "You look better in black hair" "Where did you dye your hair? They suit you really well!" XD

Before i bought my first Bubble Hair Color, there was a grand opening Etude House @ Kota Kasablanka, Jakarta (October 20th, 2012) and i literally begged my parents to go there and they said yes! Well, that's one of the good news, the other one is since tomorrow (October 21st, 2012) is my Mom's birthday, again i literally begged my mom to paid for everything! XD I haven't use any of them for blogging purposes (Aw!) and I'll post pictures asap.

I have so many Etude House products i want to share with you. What is Etude House?

Hello, fellow readers!

So, i tried making a review today, but, i think, before that let me tell you about Etude House.

Etude (pronounced in korean as eh-tud-e) means something light, peaceful, cute, bright, fancy and sweet. Etude House is the house where you can enhance your beauty. You can get all the products of your beauty. Most of all you can access to clean and the safe environment. Their targets are middle school student and high school student. But that doesn't mean college students and above can't use their products, of course they can. Etude House products are really good and the prices are budget friendly. They have cute and princess-y packaging that'll force you to buy 'em (that happens to me XD). Their store is, of course, dominated by the colour of pink. They have many kind of products such as skin care, make up, body care, tools, etc.

Q: Where did you discovered Etude House?
A: I think from a famouse variety show called Running Man, have you ever heard about them?

Q: When did you discovered Etude House?
A: around April 2012, i think.

Q: When and where is your first visit to Etude House?
A: Etude House Taman Anggrek lt.2, 22nd June 2012, when they had an event called 'Pink Burlesque'

I still have pictures of what i bought, the event ticket, and what's inside the goodie bag for visiting their event (i know, awesome right? XD) I'll post them soon.

Still curious about Etude House? Visit Etude House GlobalEtude House Official Website (Korea), and if you're Indonesian visit Etude House Indonesia official facebook account. They always give promos, discounts, cashbacks every month, so stay tune. ;)

To tell you the truth, now i am posting while watching Running Man episode 115 where the guests are famous actress Moon Geun Young and TVXQ.

Bye!

First post, yay!

Hello, readers!

I decided to make a new one since i forgot my previous blog's password (and email as well). Another reason why i decide to make a new one because i have so many Etude House products and kept on thinking "should i start bloggin...?" I was having a dilemma 'cause when i get really lazy to do anything, i don't do anything. I just lay in bed from morning 'til night with nothing to do (-_-). I tried to change all that (sadly i still can't) by bloggin' and give you awesome reviews about Korean beauty products. I'll try my best to online when i have time.

Not-so-good-first-post, eh? Well, its almost midnight here so i guess that's all then. I'll try to make a review in the next post.

Bye!

Sonia
